RRB Technician Selection Process 2026

Unlike the Assistant Loco Pilot exam pattern, the RRB Technician Exam will be conducted in three stages. The selection process for RRB Technician posts includes the Computer-Based Test, Document Verification, and Medical Examination.

• The exam will be held in CBT mode.
• Questions will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
• A total of 100 questions will be asked for a total of 100 marks.
• Candidates will be penalized for attempting a question wrong in the RRB Technician Exam 2025.
• 1/3rd of the total marks will be deducted for each question attempted wrong by a candidate. No marks will be deducted for questions left blank or unattempted.

RRB Technician Exam Pattern for Technician Gr III

• RRB Technician Exam for Technician Gr III posts will be held in CBT mode.
• Questions will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
• For Each Wrong Answer, ⅓rd Marks of the original will be deducted.
• Minimum Qualifying Marks for UR & EWS is 40%, SC & OBC (NCL) is 30%, and ST is 25%.
